BP-271/V
零泄漏填料环
构成：以石墨为材料，标准配置下填料环套是有7环组成。 顶部与底部的环由BP438盘根压制，有防挤出功能；在中部有三个密封环和两个连接环 。摸具成型。

特型：1.利用中间环的不同密度与锥度，在较低的载荷下也能保持高度的径向张力；2.此盘根同样也提供较低的阀杆摩擦力(比方形截面的环少25%)；不须持续压紧就可长时间保持密封；高度的尺寸适应性；3.无须弹簧系统对填料函进行预加载；4.通常被用作防止有毒物质泄漏；耐火；环保型，泄漏小于500ppm。
适用：各种标准要求高的阀门。行业：适用于工业、核工业等领域。
注意：安装时：BP273系列、BP435/E这两种盘跟特别适用于阀门维护方面，为防止膨胀石墨盘根逸出，建议最好使用防逸出的BP435/E盘根。零泄漏填料环的数目依据阀杆直径选取。
