双面包覆双包垫，采用金属薄板将软垫料完全包覆，这使垫片给法兰以额外的支撑和回弹，使得该垫片能广泛地使用于各种不同的工况和法兰连接，并能用于换热器密封等。
Double jacketed gaskets, they are used when complete protection of the filler material is required, also provide additional support of the flange at the outer edge by addition of lapped-over jacket,104 is constrcted of a soft filler complerly enclosed by a metal shell and top washer.

用上、下金属壳罩把软垫料包覆在金属壳之中，具有很高的强度和刚性。由于该垫片具有很高的强度和刚度，故被大量应用于高温，高压的密封部位，并适用于制作大型的垫片，换热器垫片等，以便于垫片的搬运安装等。应用范围最为广泛。

C)107波纹包覆垫BPG-M-107 Corrugated jacketed gasket |

波纹垫增加了垫片的回弹性，提高了密封作用。同时压制波纹还增强了垫片的刚性，如在垫片两表面粘贴旧BEC石墨波形带则效果更佳。包覆材料：碳钢、SS304、SS316、铜、铝；内衬材料：石墨、石棉、无石棉、陶瓷等；外表粘贴材料：石墨0.4~0.5mm厚的背胶波纹带。
